It is a social network built for fun where you can meet and interact with WeeMees, invite friends, send messages, play games and create your own avatar.

Do you have to pay for WeeWorld?
Joining WeeWorld is absolutely free. You can outfit your WeeMee, decorate your Room, make friends, and play games – all for FREE.

Want even cooler stuff? There is an option to get points that allows you to grab some of our exclusive styles, accessories, pets, and gear. Points items are those marked with a green or gold gem and a number; FREE items are all the rest!

We want you to have fun and stay safe, so please follow these steps:

Do not share your password. WeeWorld staff will never ask for it

Do not post anything that personally identifies you, including your phone number

Do not post anything inappropriate including swear words or adult content

Play nice :-) You will meet people with different views, please be tolerant and respectful

Think twice before you post comments – others can see what you write

Do not forget that others can see what you upload so think twice before posting content that might embarrass you or others. Also remember that anything you upload can be downloaded and passed on to others. Think about the fact that your boss, teacher and family might see your WeeWorld home page and what's in it!

Remember the person you are in contact with may not be who they say they are. If you are under the age of 18 and anyone asks to meet you in the real world or acts in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, tell a trusted adult immediately.

Any content that is inappropriate, abusive or hateful to individuals or groups should be reported. WeeWorld wants to protect its members so please report abuse immediately at the following address: crm@weeworld.com

What are points?
Points are a great way to get extra cool gear to deck out your WeeMee and Room. On top of all the free stuff you already have for your WeeMee, we have added hot new clothes and accessories and awesome new animated pets. You can mix and match free and points items any time.

Once you purchase a points item for your WeeMee, you will find it in your 'My closet' area. Your closet is your very own place to store your winter outfits, your weekend gear, and maybe even your bling for special occasions. Go there when you want to swap out your stuff to keep your WeeMee hot & up-to-date.

Once you buy something for your Room using points, you’ll find it in your 'My Purchases' area. You can hide any of the objects to keep your Room looking fresh, but you’ll always be able to find them here when you’re ready to add them back to your Room. Points earned or purchased on or after October 23, 2008 will expire after one year. So have fun and don’t wait to spend your gold points!

What are green and gold points?
Green points are points you can earn. We’ll give you green points when you log in, surf the site, complete trophies & quests, enter contests (like the Fame Game), validate your email, and do all the things you love to do on WeeWorld. The more time you spend doing fun stuff on WeeWorld, the more points you’ll earn.

Gold points are premium points. Once you have gold points you’ll have access to the entire range of cool styles, pets, animations, and more. Here are all the ways you can buy or earn gold points:

1. Subscribe to WeeWorld – this is the best value and gives you gold points each month, plus lots of other benefits.
2. Credit Card - You can buy WeeWorld gold points with your credit card, either through PayPal, or CCBill under the 'Get gold' tab at the top right of the page (CCBill is only available in the US at the moment).
3. Prepaid Cards - At present prepaid cards are only available in the US. Find a store near you.
4. Paymo/Mobile - Did you know you can trade in your cell phone credit for gold points? To buy points with your cell, go to the 'Get gold' tab at the top right of your page and select 'Buy with Cell Phone'

Don’t forget you can also earn gold points by completing a survey, offer or watching a video. Each points offer links to a new page and opens a pop- up which takes you out of WeeWorld.

The pop-up will tell you how many points you can earn and what you will need to do to get them. If you follow all the instructions and complete the survey, offer or video you’ll be rewarded with gold points.

Points earned or purchased on or after October 23, 2008 will expire after one year. So have fun and don’t wait to spend your gold points!

Bonus tip! Gold points help you stand out from the crowd by giving you access to exclusive WeeMee gear only available with gold points.

How do I earn points?
Earning green points is easy – log in, surf the site, and see what you can achieve completing trophies & quests, & entering contests. Do the things you love to do on WeeWorld and watch your points rack up. You can check how you're doing by looking under 'My achievements' on your page.

Want a chance to earn some gold points?
You can visit our partner's offer page and complete a survey. Each points offer links to a new page and opens a pop-up which takes you out of WeeWorld. The pop up will tell you how many points you can earn and what you will need to do to get them. If you follow all the instructions and complete the survey, you’ll be rewarded with gold points.

How do I buy gold points?
Ready to buy gold points? Great! Points come in bundles and are easy to buy. If you live in the US, you can pick up a prepaid card at any Toys R Us nationwide. Find a store near you!

Not located in the US? Don’t worry, you can use your credit card or PayPal account to purchase points, just like other secure online stores.

To get gold points using a credit card or PayPal account:
1. Visit www.weeworld.com/getpoints
2. Choose your amount, then click ‘Buy Now.’
3. You’ll be taken to PayPal, where you can use your credit card (no PayPal account is needed. Of course if you already have a PayPal account, you can use that, too.)

Points earned or purchased on or after October 23, 2008 will expire after one year. So have fun and don’t wait to spend your gold points!

How do I redeem a prepaid card or PIN?

If you have a scratch off prepaid card:
1. Purchase the card at the retailer. Only the retailer can validate the card after you have purchased it.
2. Once purchased, gently scratch off the back to reveal the PIN.
3. Enter the PIN in the box on the Get Points page.

If you have a printed register receipt with PIN:
1. You received a receipt at the register. Your PIN is printed on it.
2. To redeem, enter the PIN into the box on the Get Points page.

Can I transfer or give away points?
Points cannot be transferred from one account to another and WeeMees cannot give another WeeMee points from their account. If you’d like to have points, you must purchase them through your own account and may need to ask your parent or guardian to help you buy them.

How do I edit or delete my post?

How do I edit or delete my post?
You cannot change your text once you have submitted a post. Don't worry, we know everyone will make the occasional spelling mistake!

If you really want to delete your post then contact us at crm@weeworld.com and we will see what we can do.

How do I preview my forum posts?
If you’d like to check out what your post will look like in the forums before you submit the text, just click on the ‘Preview’ tab at the top of your post.

How do I quote text when replying to a post?
When you are replying to a post, you have the option to quote a previous comment within your reply. Click the 'Quote' button to include the original text of the post you are replying to within your reply. Please note that this feature is only available when you use the 'Reply' button and not the 'Quick Reply' button.

How do I make a poll?
Select the ‘Poll’ tab at the top of your post and check the box to indicate that you’d like to include a poll in your post. Then all you have to do is enter your question, your answer options, and sit back and wait for the opinions to start rolling in.

How do I rate a post?
Let others know what you think of a post by using the star rating system inside each topic. Once inside the topic you want to rate, mouse over the stars(located below the search box at the top of the page) and click to set your rating.

What are forum tags?
Tags are groovy little things that you can use to help categorize your post so others can easily find it. On the forums homepage you will see ‘popular tags’ that lots of people have used in their posts. The more a tag is used the bigger it appears here – handy don’t you think!

How do I explore active forum discussions?
Active discussions are the easiest way to find out what’s going on right as you enter the forums. Check out your ‘Active discussions’ in the side-panel and click to join the conversation. It couldn’t be easier to get involved and to find what you’re looking for!

How do I find unanswered forum discussions?
New conversations are continuously started in the forums. There’s never a dull moment and you could be the first to get in on the latest hot topic. Just check out your ‘Unanswered discussions’ to discover new posts that are eagerly waiting for their first replies!

How does World work?
Before you get started, the easiest way to figure out how to move around and chat in World is to take the tour. It’s only 3 steps and you’ll be a World star in no time.

Is there a map in World?
You can find the map located in the top left of your World Screen. Just hover over the map with your mouse and a handy Map Guide will appear to the right.
With the map it’s easy to find your friends, navigate your current location, and where you want to go next.

How do I meet and invite new friends in World?
To find out more about any WeeMee in World simply click on the WeeMee. A menu will appear with options to visit his or her homepage, room, or immediately invite them to be your friend.

Is there a way to see my conversations in World?
Didn’t quite catch what your friends said? No worries – just open up your personal chat log at the bottom of your screen to keep track of all the conversations taking place in your area. To open or close the chat log, click on the tiny arrow next to the word 'Log' at the bottom of your screen.

I’ve been kicked for flooding! What does that mean?
You know those people who just seem to say the same thing over and over and over? We know it’s annoying and if someone is posting the same message again and again in World, they may get a warning or even be temporarily kicked out of the chat room for it.

Why won’t my WeeMee clothes change in World?
Even if you've saved the changes to your WeeMee, sometimes it takes a little while for these changes to show up when you're visiting World. We appreciate your patience while we work every day to improve World while in its beta phase.

How do I ignore other WeeMees in World?
Chatting live with friends in World is awesome, but some convos aren’t always fun. If you don’t want to talk to someone, you can always ignore them. Simply click the WeeMee you don’t want to talk to and then click the ‘Ignore’ button.

How do I report abuse in World?
No matter what areas you explore in World, it’s important to keep things safe.

Remember you can ignore other WeeMees by clicking on them and choosing ‘Ignore’. Never give out your personal information and if you ever feel uncomfortable then use the report abuse link either at the bottom of every page or within World. You can access this link by clicking on the WeeMee you wish to report or by clicking the cop head in World.

Remember, arguments between friends are not valid reasons for reporting abuse. If we find that the person reporting the abuse has broken the rules or sent a false report, we will warn them too and may even close their account.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, go to your WeeWorld page and click ‘Settings.' In your settings panel, choose the ‘Change my password’ tab.

1. Enter your current password.
2. Enter your new password.
3. Enter your new password again to confirm.
4. Click ‘Save’ and you are done!

The best passwords are ones that you can remember but no one else can guess. Be sure to make a note of your new password and keep it private.

How do I reset my password?
To reset your password:

1. Go to www.weeworld.com
2. Click on the ‘Forget your Username or Password?’ link under the ‘sign in’ section.
3. Enter your email address (this has to be the email you used to register with WeeWorld).
4. The reset password link will be emailed to you. If you do not receive an email with the reset password link, be sure to check your junk mail folder as email filters sometimes block these emails.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
6. Once you have received your new password you can sign in to www.weeworld.com . You must enter the password manually and not copy/paste it.
7. Go to the ‘Settings’ section on your page and choose a new password

WeeWorld can only send a password to the email address registered on your account. It is up to you to look after your password. If your email address has been changed and you can not reset your password, you will need to make a new account. Remember to use a valid email address and to never share your password.

How do I change my email address?
To change your email address, go to your WeeWorld page and click the ‘Settings’ button. In your settings panel, select the ‘Change my email settings’ tab.

Enter the email address you used to register with WeeWorld.
Enter your new email address. And again, to confirm.
Click save, and you are done!

Remember, it is really important that you use your real email address. If you use a fake email address, we will not be able to contact you if you need any help or lose vital information.

How do I change my email settings?
If you just can't wait to check your WeeWorld page, we can notify you by email when you have new messages or when other WeeMees want to join your friends list.

1. Click the ‘Settings’ button
2. In your settings panel, select the ‘Change my email settings’ tab.
3. Check the alerts you want us to send you.
4. Click ‘Save’ and you are done!

Why can’t WeeWorld send my password to a new email address?
WeeWorld can only send a password to the email address registered on your account. This helps us make sure we don’t share your personal information with anyone else. If you change your email address, please be sure to update it in the Settings panel.

How do I make my page private?
You can choose who can see and post on your page.
1. Click ‘Settings’
2. Select the ‘Privacy settings’ tab.
3. Choose one of the following options under ‘Who can see my page?’
- Everyone - Choose ‘Everyone’ if you want everyone to see your page.
- Only my friends - Choose ‘Only my friends’ if you want only those in your friends list to see your page.
4. Choose one of the options under ‘Who can post to my page?’
- Everyone - Choose ‘Everyone’ to let everyone comment on your page.
- Only my friends - Choose ‘Only my friends’ if you only want your friends to comment on your page.
- Only me - Choose ‘Only me’ if you want only your own comments on your page.
5. Check the box before ‘Always hide my age, location & gender' to hide your personal details. Uncheck the box to show your personal details.
6. Click ‘Save’ and you’re done!

How do I block other users on WeeWorld?
When you block a user, they are removed from your friends list and you are removed from theirs. You can still comment on your blocked users' pages, but the blocked users won’t be able to comment on your page.

To block a user:
1. Click ‘Settings’
2. Type the name of the WeeMee you want to block in the field below ‘Blocking’.
3. Click the‘Block’ button.
4. A popup will tell you that the username you have entered is now blocked.
5. Click the ‘OK’ button to close the popup.
6. The user you entered is now listed as a ‘Blocked users’.
7. Click ‘Close’ at the top right of the settings panel to return to your page.

To unblock a user:
1. Click ‘Settings’
2. Find the ‘Blocked users’ list.
3. Click the username you want to unblock.
4. Click the ‘Unblock’ button.
5. A popup will tell you that the user you have selected has been unblocked.
6. Click OK to close the popup and go back to your settings then click ‘Close’ at the top right of the settings panel to return to your page. OR
7. Click ‘Go to their page’ to go to the user's page and invite them to be your friend again.

How do I find my friends on WeeWorld?

How do I find my friends on WeeWorld?
You can use the search function to find out if your friends are already on WeeWorld.
1. To get started, click the ‘Search’ button to the right of your WeeMee on your page.
2. Choose the email address option.
3. Enter your friend’s email address (it must be the email they registered with on WeeWorld). If you know your friend’s WeeWorld username, choose the Username option and enter their username.
3. Once you find their home page, select the 'Invite Me' button and request to add them to your friends list.
4. If they accept your invitation, you will be added to each other's friends lists.

How do I invite my friends to join WeeWorld?
If your friends are not already on WeeWorld, why not invite them to join in the fun? We’ve made it really easy for you to invite friends from the contact list in your email, so all you need to do is relax, put your feet up, and let WeeWorld do all the work for you.

To invite friends from your email:

1. Click the ‘Get friends’ link on your home page
2. Click on your email provider
3. If your email provider is Windows Live, MSN or Hotmail, you will be asked to sign in to your email. If you have chosen another email application, choose your email provider from the drop down list, then click ‘Next’ to sign in to your email.
4. If your friend is already on WeeWorld, they will get a friend request. If not, you will get the option to build their WeeMee. Click ‘Build a WeeMee’ if you would like to help start them off.
5. Click the ‘Send invite(s)’ button at the bottom of the page.
6. We will send an email inviting them to be your friend.

Some of your friends not in your email contacts? Not a problem!

1. Click the ‘See all friends’ button to the right of your WeeMee.
2. Click the ‘Get friends’ button on the right of the screen.
3. Type in your friends’ names and email addresses.
4. Type your own custom message in the ‘Your Message’ box or leave the standard message.
5. If your friend is already on WeeWorld, they will get a friend request. If not, you will get the option to build their WeeMee. Click ‘Build a WeeMee’ if you would like to help start them off.
6. Click the ‘Send invite(s)’ button at the bottom of the page.
7. We will send an email inviting them to be your friend.

What should I do if someone is being mean?
Does WeeWorld report abuse to law enforcement agencies?

What happens when I report abuse?
We’ve provided a handy blocking tool in your Settings panel which you can use to stop mean WeeMees leaving messages on your page. If someone is acting in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, you can also use the Report Abuse link to let WeeWorld know. You should report abuse if someone is asking for your personal information or to meet you in the real world, writing sexual messages, making serious threats or asking for your password. Never share your password. WeeWorld staff members would never ask you for it.

When you report someone, a member of WeeWorld staff will investigate to see how they have been behaving. If we find a user has broken our rules, we will warn them and may close their account. Please read our terms and conditions and safety advice for more information.

What should I do if someone is being mean?
Just like in the real world, you sometimes meet people online who are just plain mean. If someone leaves you a mean message, delete the message and do not send anything back.

If someone bullies you or sends you inappropriate messages, you should block the WeeMee from your page. If you are under the age of 18 and anyone asks to meet you in the real world or acts in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, tell a trusted adult immediately and let WeeWorld know using the ‘Report Abuse’ button at the bottom of the page.

Does WeeWorld report abuse to law enforcement agencies?
We are happy to co-operate with police investigations. However, to ensure we don’t violate user’s privacy we request that a subpoena is issued before we supply any user information.

How do I change my WeeMee?
Changing your WeeMee is easy and fun. Here's how:

1. Sign in to WeeWorld.
2. Click ‘Change & Shop.’
3. To change your head shape, skin color, or eye color click ‘Reset’ located above the ‘Back’ button.
4. To change the other items on your WeeMee, browse through the categories at the bottom and the sub-categories on the left.
5. Click an item to add it to your WeeMee. A white outline around the item indicates that you have added it to your WeeMee.
6. When you are happy with your WeeMee, click ‘Save me now’ below your WeeMee to register your changes.

How do I make a room?
The first time you click the 'Room' button on your homepage, we'll help you through the steps of adding the basics to your room.

1. Choose a wall pattern.
• Scroll through the available patterns and click on them to see how they look on your walls.
• Click your chosen wall pattern.
• Click the ‘Next step’ button.

2. Choose wall colors.
• There are two colors to each wall pattern. Experiment with colors to choose your final wall design.
• Click the ‘Next step’ button.

3. Choose a floor pattern.
• Scroll through the available floor patterns and click them to see how they look in your room.
• Click your chosen floor pattern.
• Click the ‘Next step’ button.

4. Choose floor colors.
• There are two colors to each floor pattern. Experiment with colors to choose your final floor design.
• Click the ‘Next step’ button.

5. Choose a window.
• Scroll through the available windows and click them to see how they look on your walls.
• Click your chosen window. You can only add one window to your room or you can choose not to have one at all.
• Click the ‘Save’ button to save your room.

After you have completed these first steps, your WeeMee will be taken to your room.

The next thing you will want to do is name your room. Enter your room name in the box that says 'What do you want to call your Room?'

Now you will want to describe your room. You can write anything in the box underneath your room’s name. You could use it to welcome people to your room, to tell your visitors about your room and to encourage them to leave messages on the objects in your room. Experiencing writer’s block? Click the ‘Ideas’ button for suggestions. Be sure to click the ‘Save’ button to save your room and any changes you make.

How do I become a featured WeeMee?
If you would like us to shine the spotlight on you, send an email with your username to whatsnew@weeworld.com and maybe you’ll get featured! We only feature the best, so make sure you have lots of friends, your room is in tip top shape, and you're an active community member.

Featured WeeMees must have their privacy settings set so that ‘Everyone’ can see and post on their page. As always, it is a good idea to be familiar with the WeeWorld Terms & Conditions and safety advice.

How do I download a picture of my WeeMee?
It's really easy to show off your WeeMee on blogs, social network sites or anywhere else you like. All you need to do is download a static jpeg of your WeeMee directly from our website www.weeworld.com.

To get started, sign in to WeeWorld.
1. Click the ‘Export’ tab.
2. Choose ‘Community, blogs and websites.’
3. Choose ‘Other’ from the drop down menu.
4. Click ‘Next.’
5. Check the option for ‘Snapshot (JPEG Download)’
6. Click ‘Next.’
7. Choose an image size.
8. Click ‘Next.’
9. A download box will open with options to Save or Open the image. It is a good idea to save the image to a folder on your desktop where you can easily find it.

What is chain mail?

Chain mail is a form of spamming and violates WeeWorld's Terms and Conditions. Chain mails can not hurt you. Don’t pass them on, just delete them.

I am having a technical problem, help!

Before you contact WeeWorld, please try the following:

Clear your browser’s cache. Try deleting your browser’s saved files and browsing history. If you are not sure how to do this, have a look at the help section for your browser.

Make sure you are using the latest version of Flash. To update your Flash player, you will need to completely remove the old version from your computer.

a. Click the start button on your computer
b. Click Settings
c. Click Control Panel
d. Click Add or Remove Programs
e. Remove Flash Player
f. Restart your computer
g. Reinstall Flash Player directly from Macromedia: http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash.

If you are still having problems, please contact us using the ‘Feedback’ tab and tell us:

Why didn't I get points for completing an offer or survey?

If you don’t get your points straight away, don’t panic!

If you completed an offer, please remember that some offers earn points straight away while others may take a little longer to complete. Clicking on the offer will tell you how long you should expect to wait for your points. Remember, some offers can take up to 30 days to complete, so please be patient! If you want to check the status of an offer you started, click on the ‘View Offer Status’ link at the top of the page.

Each time you pick an offer, the pop up page will tell you what you need to do to complete the offer. If you’re a smart cookie you’ll be paying attention here, because if you don’t do everything on the list, you will not be able to receive your points. If you do not qualify for a survey for any reason, you will not receive any WeeWorld gold points.

If you’re sure you have done all this and still don’t have points, please click on the ‘View Offer Status’ link at the top of the surveys page. Click on the ‘Contact Support’ link under ‘Get Help’ to contact our survey partner.

Each time you pick a survey, the pop up page will tell you what you need to do to complete the survey. If you are unable to complete or do not qualify for a survey for any reason, you will not receive any WeeWorld gold points.

If you’re sure you have done all this and still don’t have points, please use the ‘NEED HELP’ link at the top of the page.

Points earned or purchased on or after October 23, 2008 will expire after one year. So have fun and don’t wait to spend your gold points!

1. To get started, choose the ‘Gifts’ tab at the top of the page.
2. Use the arrows to browse through all our cool gifts. Once you’ve picked out a really great gift, click ‘Next’.
3. Choose a friend you’d like to send the gift to. You can choose a WeeMee from your friends list or search for a friend by username or email address. Click ‘Next’ to continue.
4. Write a special message to send with your gift. This is your chance to get creative and show your besties how much you care!
5. View the Cost Summary box to see details of how much the gift costs. Running short on points? You may have earned a bonus gift which you can send for free.
6. Click ‘Send gift’ and you’re done!

When it comes to room ratings, there are two different scores: average weekly ratings and average all-time ratings. As you might guess, the weekly room score tells you how many people rated your room this week. This number will change from week to week. Your average all-time room score keeps track of all the ratings you’ve ever received. To see your scores, click to toggle between the two ratings in your room.

How do I redeem a WeeWorld cash card or PIN?
If you have a scratch off cash card:
1. Purchase the card at the retailer. Only the retailer can validate the card after you have purchased it.
2. Once purchased, gently scratch off the back to reveal the PIN.
3. Enter the PIN in the box on the Get Points page

If you have a printed register receipt with PIN:
1. You received a receipt at the register. Your PIN is printed on it.
2. To redeem, enter the PIN into the box on the Get Points page

How long do I have to redeem my PIN?
We recommend you redeem your PIN as soon as possible so it doesn't get lost. Plus, the sooner you have points, the sooner you can start buying exclusive items.

What happens if an error screen appears when my PIN is entered?
Oops – check to make sure that you have entered the right PIN and that the card you're using is valid.

Check that you've entered the PIN exactly as it is printed.

Ensure you are not typing an "O" letter in place of "0" number and that you haven't typed any special characters.

If for some reason, your scratch off card was not validated by the retailer, please go back to the store where it was bought and request validation.

Remember, cash cards can only be redeemed once and the full value is placed on your WeeWorld account at redemption.

WeeWorld cash cards and PINs are only available in the US.

What are trophies?
Trophies are the latest addition to the WeeWorld achievement system and will help you level up even faster. Begin with the 6 starter trophies and then move on to the premium and bonus trophies. The more trophies you complete, the more opportunities you’ll have to reach higher levels, get points and unlock exclusive trophies. Compete with your friends to see who can earn the most!

How do I earn a trophy?
Mouse over the ‘More info’ link on your achievements page to find out about the various tasks you’ll need to complete. Start with any task you’d like - your progress is always saved and you can continue where you left off last.

What are bonus and premium trophies?
Bonus trophies are special trophies that will only be available for a limited time. If you want to earn them, you’ll have to get them before they disappear! Each trophy’s end date is listed under ‘More info’.

Premium trophies are available forever and ever and there’s no time limit to finish them. Finish them at your leisure.

Why are some trophies locked?
In order to earn some trophies, you have to be on certain levels. Until you’re on the level required to complete the trophy, you won’t be able to start it. Visit News and check out the insider tips to find out how you can level up faster.

Can I earn green points and level boosters for trophies?
YES! Mouse over the ‘More info’ link on your achievements page for each trophy to find out about the rewards. Sometimes you’ll get level boosters, sometimes you’ll get green points, and sometimes you’ll get both!
